Our Services Include

An inventory report is a comprehensive report that gives details of the condition of the property. Each room / area will be listed and include furnishings, fixtures, finishes and appliances and sanitaryware. This is produced so it clear to both the tenant and the landlord what the condition of the property was when the tenant moved into the property.

Inventory Report - Check In

Mid- term inspection

This is when the property is checked half way through the lease to check the tenant is treating the property in accordance with the tenancy agreement and not damaging or abusing the property in any way.

When the tenant vacates the property the current state of the property is compared to the Inventory check in report and if there is any damage it is recorded and relevant costs to repair the damage can be claimed by the landlord and deducted from the tenants deposit subject to relevant procedures.
